It's Almost Time!
As of this writing there are just over 2 WEEKS to go until GamingDays:AFK 2023 kicks off on Friday February 10! Goodness knows where the time went, but we hope you're as excited as we are. Here are a handful of things to know / do before we meet up at Forrest Hills in a couple weeks:
Complete Your Room and Registration Purchase
A whole bunch of you have already done this thing, and we appreciate it! If you are planning on coming and haven't registered, though, you should do that thing. There are still a couple of rooms remaining as well both in Tree Topper and Eagles Nest. So grab your friends and lock down your lodging for AFK weekend. (If you know you are coming but are planning to pay registration on-site, please just let Feartree know so we can have accurate numbers. Rooms MUST be purchased ahead of time, however.)

Schedule a Game or Event
Do you want to run a one-shot DnD campaign? Conduct a Mariokart tournament? Facilitate a trivia competition? Cocktail tasting? Or just teach and run a beefy board game at a particular time? We have a form for that! Please fill out the form linked below this paragraph to tell us all about the thing you want to do, and we'll get it into the final schedule so people can sign up ahead of time. And please fill out the form even if it's a thing you do every year - we want all the info in one place.

Sign Up to Volunteer
We appreciate everyone who checked the box indicating they'd like to volunteer some time to help us out during AFK 2023. We have a short questionnaire for you to fill out so we know how best to utilize your time and energy. If you didn't check the box, you can still fill out the form. Thank you in advance!
