Lodging 2022

We have rented out two complete lodges / mini-hotels at Forrest Hills. We have 24-hour private access to these lodges, and staff will only enter the main great room to exchange towels. Below you will find descriptions of the lodges, the various room layouts, and current pricing estimates. Note: All bookings are for 3 nights. Also, these are ROOM costs only - split between everyone in the room. Registration and food/beverage are separate charges.  

Note: We are aware that the lodging costs have gone up significantly from our last stay at Forrest Hills. This was out of our control as these costs are set by the resort and go straight to them. Potential reasons include 1) the pandemic creating a need to recoup lost revenue for the resort, 2) Tree Topper being a larger lodge than we've ever rented AND being newly-renovated in 2021. We hope that having more room will allow more friends to come and share these larger spaces with us to split the costs. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions. Eagle's Nest

Eagles Great RoomThis will be our third time renting out Eagle's nest. It technically has 8 rooms each with its own bathroom. 4 of these rooms are pretty standard 2 Queen Bedrooms, but the other 4 rooms are actually suites each with two separate King bedrooms, a large sitting area, and balcony. We offer the individual King bedrooms separately - just remember that the people in the same suite will share that bathroom and sitting area. All of the suites and rooms have TV, Wi-Fi, iron, and blow dryer. The sitting areas of the suites also each have a fold-out queen sofa bed. 

Eagles Nest has a large great room with a full kitchen. Here are the room types available in this lodge:

 

 

Standard 2-Queen

Normal hotel room with 2 Queen beds and its own ensuite bathroom. (Rooms EN-6, EN-7)

    

    

Standard 2-Queen with Sleeper Sofa

Expanded hotel room with 2 Queen beds, and its own ensuite bathroom. Room also has a fold-out queen sofa bed. (Rooms EN-5, EN-8)

Standard 2 Queens    Eagles bath

 

Individual bedroom with single King bed that is closed off from the sitting room of the larger suite. This room will share a bathroom with the other occupant of the suite. Two people could also sleep on the fold-out couch in the sitting area if need be.  (Rooms [EN-1A,B], [EN-2A,B], [EN-3A,B], [EN-4A,B])

Tree Topper

Tree Topper GreatroomNew to GamingDays, Tree Topper is Forrest Hill's largest lodge at -16- separate rooms each with its own bathroom. It has been newly renovated in 2021 with new funiture, updated baths, and more. It has two types of spacious rooms - 2-King Bedroom, and 1-King, 2-Twin Bedroom. The 2-King rooms also feature a fold-out futon that could be used for sleeping if needed. Each room features Wi-Fi, a 50 inch TV,iron, blow dryer, and a refrigerator.

Large hotel room featuring 2 King beds, a fold-flat futon, and its own ensuite bathroom. (Rooms TT-2, TT-3, TT-6, TT-7, TT-10, TT-11, TT-14, TT-15)

    

 

1-King, 2-Twin Bedroom

Large hotel room featuring 1 King bed, and 2 Twin (single) beds. It has its on ensuite bathroom. (Rooms TT-1, TT-4, TT-5, TT-8, TT-9, TT-12, TT-13, TT-16)
